    1. Complimentary discovery call

    An obligation free, phone or video call to discuss your project.

    Our complimentary discovery call is a relaxed, 20 minute conversation where we learn about your project scope, preferences and timeline.

    Whether residential or commercial, this initial chat helps us determine how we can support you and sets the tone for a thoughtful, tailored design experience.

    This includes a run down of how we can add real value to your specific project.

    2. Initial design consultation

    Our next step is to schedule a face to face consultation.

    I will attend site (residential or commercial space) to discuss your aesthetic preferences, budget, functional needs and project schedule.

    I’ll offer innovative solutions and ideas during this meeting and may obtain images and measurements of the space.

    Within 48 hours, you will receive a design brief and fee proposal for your project.

    3. Concept Design

    Our Concept Design service is where your vision begins to take shape.

    We work closely with you to develop a cohesive design direction — offering considered suggestions on layout, colour palettes, finishes, furniture and overall style.

    It’s the creative foundation for your project, thoughtfully crafted to reflect your vision, style and the way you live or work.

    Whether you're refreshing a single space or planning a full renovation, our concept designs bring clarity, inspiration and confidence to the journey ahead.

    4. Design Presentation

    Our Design Presentation is a truly immersive experience.

    Alongside layouts and concept boards, we provide a curated selection of physical samples—think fabrics, finishes, tiles and materials—so you can see and feel exactly how the space will come together.

    This hands-on experience allows you to confidently connect with the materials and finishes chosen for your space.

    Clients may also choose to add our 3D visualisation services. This is the ideal way to explore options, review spatial flow and refine details before onsite works commence.

    5. Documentation

    Our Documentation phase provides the blueprint for your design’s success.

    Every element of your project is meticulously documented including detailed drawings, schedules and technical specifications - ensuring flawless execution and seamless communication with suppliers and contractors.

    This ensures that your vision is brought to life exactly as intended.

    6. Sourcing & Procurement

    During the Sourcing & Procurement phase, we carefully source and acquire all the elements that perfectly complement your design.

    This includes obtaining competitive quotes, coordinating lead times and managing orders from start to finish.

    From furniture, fittings, appliances, artwork, decor, window treatments + so much more, we source high-quality items that align with your vision and budget.

    Our extensive network of trusted suppliers allows us to procure everything efficiently, ready for seamless installation.

    7. Installation, Styling & Finishing Touches

    Should you choose, we can manage the full installation process—styling, coordinating deliveries, overseeing suppliers and ensuring every detail is placed with care.

    For residential projects, we add warmth and personality through styling of soft furnishings, artwork and decor that make your home feel truly lived in.

    For commercial spaces, we focus on styling for functionality, flow and brand alignment.

    We finish with a thorough handover and final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
